This page explains how TikiPro handles data. In short: your data stays on your own computer. We do not have it.
What TikiPro is
TikiPro is a desktop app for the front desk: numbered tickets, a waiting-area screen, sign-in by role, and simple reports. It runs on one PC.
Where your data lives
Visitor names, tickets, sessions and ticket notes are saved in an encrypted database on your own PC. You control this data. We never receive it and cannot see it.
What this website collects
This website is kept simple:
- It saves one thing in your browser — whether you chose the light or dark theme. Nothing is sent to a server.
- No analytics, no tracking, no ad cookies, no forms.
- If you email us, we get what you write and use it only to reply.
Security
The database is encrypted on the PC. The app keeps an internal log of who changed what — it also stays on your PC. App logs never contain visitor details.
Your data rights
For data held by a business that uses TikiPro, contact that business. For questions about TikiPro itself, use the request form on the home page.
