Day to day, no. Giving tickets, calling numbers and the waiting-area screen all work offline. The internet is needed to activate TikiPro, and for Complete's online features.
On your own PC, in an encrypted database. With Complete, if you turn on the online screen, the live queue (numbers, initials, today’s figures) also goes through our servers.
A Windows or Mac computer at the front desk. For a waiting-area screen, add a second monitor or a TV connected to the same PC.
TikiPro activates online the first time you install it on a computer, then works offline. A Complete licence also needs one start with a connection after each renewal, so it learns the new end date.
Essential is paid once, for life; Complete renews every year. One licence per computer. We send you the price on request, after a short call.
