What TikiPro is

TikiPro is a desktop app for the front desk: numbered tickets, a waiting-area screen, sign-in by role, and simple reports. It runs on one PC.

Where your data lives

Visitor names, tickets, sessions and ticket notes are saved in an encrypted database on your own PC. You control this data.

If you turn on the online queue screen (Complete plan), the app sends the live queue to our servers so a browser can show it: ticket numbers, specialists' names and, if you chose to show them, visitor names or initials.

If you create a numbers link (Complete plan), the app also sends today's counts to our servers so that link can show them: how many are waiting, late, with a specialist and finished, and the average times. No visitor names.

What this website collects

This website is kept simple:

• Your browser keeps your theme and language choice, and your session if you sign in. This stays on your device.
• The licence request form sends what you type to our database and alerts us on Telegram. We use it only to reply and to prepare your licence.
• Pages that talk to our servers (the request form, the download page and the online queue screens) are checked by Google reCAPTCHA, which receives technical information from your browser.
• No analytics, no tracking, no ad cookies.
• If you email us, we get what you write and use it only to reply.

Security

The database is encrypted on the PC. The app keeps an internal log of who changed what, and it also stays on your PC. App logs never contain visitor details.
